Physical Therapy
Physical therapists are trained to evaluate a person’s mobility, strength, flexibility, and quality of movement. Together with our patients we develop a program to achieve their treatment goals. Our therapists use a “hands-on” approach to alleviate pain and restore the body to normal function in terms of strength, flexibility, movement coordination, and endurance. Patients are educated in regards to injury prevention and exercise prescription so that they may continue to enjoy participating in their activities of daily living.

The therapist specifically targets and releases shortened muscles, which have tender palpable banding or trigger points by introducing fine needles into the tissues.
